The hospital stay is between 1-3 days. Standard painkillers will be sufficient for pain control. Drains will be removed  after 1-3 days. Patients will be mobilized at the operation day. An abdominal corset or pressure garment will be used for the first 3-4 weeks.

Whole body shower is free 24 hours after the removal of darins. Heavy exercise will be restricted for 4-6 weeks.

Postoperative nutrition is important, especially in full abdominoplasty and belt lipectpmy patients with liposuction. Diet regulation should be made for optimal vitamin and protein supplements without excessive calorie and salt intake. The most important issue is ensuring adequate fluid intake. Adequate fluid consumption (not below 3000cc) speeds up the recovery process after surgery and is also important in preventing complications.
