Pre-operative Evaluation:

Dry eyes, advanced myopia, aspirin or smoking, hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases will be questioned.

The need for forehead/eyebrow lift and/or a mid face lift, botulinum toxin injection, correction of upper eyelids ptosis or filler/fat graft injections are discussed before surgery.

Modern Eyelid Aesthetics is an effort to rejuvenate eyelids in harmony with periorbital periorbital facial elements. Botulinum toxin injections, fat grafting, laser, stem cell and/or PRP applications, and midface lift, forehead lift and rhinoplasty can be accomplished concomitantly.

Excess skin the lower and sagging 0f the lower and upper eyelids are determined . The location of the surgical scars will be located at uppere yelid fold and 1mm below the lower eyelid lashes.
