As in all aesthetic operations, smoking is a major risk factor that can cause wound problems (suture line dehiscence or skin necrosis). Again, systemic diseases and use of medicines or herbal supplements that can increase bleeding should be stopped.

At this stage, it is determined whether to do mini or full arm stretching or whether liposuction will be performed.

The incisions to be made and the scars that may remain related to this, will be discussed before surgery.
